Job Purpose
As a Customer Advisor, you will answer mostly air-related questions from customers via phone, email and chat. These questions require you to update, change or cancel existing bookings. You will focus on delivering qualitative support that focuses on first contact resolution, while maintaining the required level of support cases handled per day (your productivity).
